About Check-in and Check-out

QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
ACheck-in starts at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Times may vary depending on your rate plan. If you expect to arrive after midnight, please contact us by phone.
QIs pre-check-in available?
AYes. You can complete your accommodation procedures before the standard check-in time. Provisional check-in is accepted from 6:00 a.m. on the day of your stay. We will hand you your room key in advance, and any luggage we hold will be delivered to your room.

About Facilities and Services

QIs internet access available?
AWi-Fi internet access is available free of charge in all guest rooms. PCs are not provided, so please bring your own.
QIs there a refrigerator in the room?
AAll rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, so you are welcome to store your own drinks, including alcoholic beverages. To use it, simply turn the temperature control dial inside the refrigerator. (Recommended setting: Level 3)
QAre non-smoking rooms available?
AThe entire hotel is non-smoking. A smoking area is available on the 1st floor.
QAre children's amenities available?

QIs the coin laundry available at any time?
AAvailable 24 hours a day. Four fully automatic washer-dryers are installed on the 1st floor.
※Wash & dry: JPY 600 per cycle (3 kg / 120 min)
※The facility may be crowded during certain hours. Thank you for your understanding.

There is also a coin laundry nearby.
It is within walking distance, and a map is available at the front desk.
QIs there a telephone in the room?
ATelephones are not provided in the guest rooms. They are installed in the hallway on each floor, so please use those.
QAre wheelchairs available for loan?
AWheelchairs are available for loan free of charge. Please contact the front desk if you would like to use one.
Please note that they may be used inside the hotel only.

QAbout Use for Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Other Special Occasions
AWe do not offer a room decoration service.
We do have a small complimentary service available, so please feel free to inquire.

Please arrange any cakes or flowers yourself.
If you wish to send them in advance, please contact us beforehand. ※Freight-collect and cash-on-delivery shipments cannot be accepted.

About Luggage

QCan you store my luggage before check-in or after check-out? Can I also park at the hotel and take the shuttle bus to Tokyo Disney Resort®?
A Yes. We can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Pre-check-in is available from 6:00 a.m. on the day of arrival. Guests may also park at the hotel and use the shuttle bus.
QCan you deliver my luggage to my room?
AA We kindly ask guests to bring their own luggage to their rooms. Self-service luggage carts are available for your convenience.
QCan I send luggage to the hotel before my arrival?
AYes. We can accept luggage sent in advance, except valuables, food, and hazardous materials. Please include your stay date and the name on the reservation, and send it to the address below.

QIs there a luggage delivery service?
AYes. This service is available at the front desk. Only collect-on-delivery shipments are accepted. Packing materials are also available. Please ask our staff if you need any assistance.

About Reservations

QDo you accept waitlist requests for cancellations?
AWe are very sorry, but we do not accept waitlist requests. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us directly or check room availability on our website.
QI would like to confirm my reservation.
APlease contact us at the hotel's main telephone number, 047-305-8015 (automated answering service), or by email at tokyo-bay@lagent.jp. If you inquire by email, please include the full name of the person who made the reservation, your planned date of stay, and your reservation number if you have one.

About Breakfast

QWhat does the breakfast box include?
ABreakfast boxes are distributed between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m.
You can choose from several options, such as a bento (rice and side dishes) or sandwiches.
※Please eat and drink in the Lounge or in your guest room. Taking food outside the hotel is prohibited.

About Parking

QIs there a parking lot available?
AFor overnight guests, parking fees are charged as follows.
First night: JPY 1,650 (tax included) /1 vehicle
Second night onward: JPY 1,100 (tax included) /1 vehicle
※Available until 23:59 on the day of check-out.
※Please present your parking ticket at check-in.

For general (non-staying) visitors, parking fees are charged as follows.
 7:00~21:00  60 min / JPY 200 (tax included)  Daytime max JPY 500
 21:00~7:00  60 min / JPY 600 (tax included)  Nighttime max JPY 3,000

※If an overnight guest has not had their parking ticket processed at the front desk, the general rate will apply and the charge will be higher. As we are unable to issue refunds after your vehicle has left the parking lot, we kindly ask that you present your parking ticket at the front desk before departure.

About Children Sharing a Bed

QCan my child share existing beds with us?
AA Children age 6 or younger (preschool-age children) may share existing beds. *The number of children who may share existing beds varies by room type and accommodation plan. Family Twin, Superior Twin, Family Japanese-Style Room, and Family & Leisure 6 allow up to 2 children. All other room types allow up to 1 child. *If the number of children sharing existing beds exceeds the limit, an additional fee of JPY 4,400 per extra child will apply. If the limit is exceeded by 2 or more children, we may ask you to move to a larger room type for an additional fee.

About Minors

QCan minors stay without an accompanying adult?
AFor a stay by a minor (under 18 years old) traveling alone, a stay by minors together, or a stay in which a minor is accompanied by someone other than a parent/legal guardian (guarantor), we ask that a consent form be submitted.
※Guests who are of junior high school age or younger as of the date of stay must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
A consent form is required for every minor staying.

※If you send it by mail in advance, please write 【 Consent Form Enclosed 】 on the envelope.

About Lost and Found

QHow long are lost items kept?
ALost items are kept at the hotel for approximately 2 months.
When making an inquiry, please provide the date of your stay, the full name of the representative (in katakana / full name), and as much detail as possible about the item.
Note 1: Food and beverages are disposed of on the same day for hygiene reasons.
Note 2: For valuables, we may contact you directly.

Items can be returned either by picking them up in person at the hotel or by freight-collect shipping (postage paid by the recipient).
