Please be informed that Okinawa Prefecture will introduce an Accommodation Tax from February 1, 2027.
The tax will be charged at 2% of the accommodation fee per person, per night, with a maximum of JPY 2,000 per person, per night.
The tax is calculated based on the accommodation fee excluding meals and other non-accommodation charges.
Accommodation Tax: 2% per person per night (maximum JPY 2,000).
Please pay when you arrive at the hotel directly.
