昨今、全国的に充電中のモバイルバッテリーから発火する事象が発生しております。
当ホテルにおきましても、皆さまに安心してご滞在頂くために、以下の点にご注意いただくようお願いいたします。
- モバイルバッテリーを充電される際は、「お客様の目の届く場所」でご使用ください。
- お出かけの際や就寝時はコンセントから抜き、ベッドの上や直射日光の当たる場所に放置しないようにお願い致します。
- 万が一発火などの事象が発生した際は速やかにフロントまでお知らせください。
- 清掃中に危険と判断した場合は、スタッフが充電停止等の措置をとらせていただく場合がございます。

Important Notice for Guests Using Mobile Battery Packs
Recently, there have been incidents nationwide of Mobile Battery Packs catching fire while charging.
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we ask that you observe the following precautions:
- When charging Mobile Battery Packs, please do so in a location where you can keep an eye on it.
- Unplug the device from the outlet when you go out or go to sleep, and do not leave it on the bed or in direct sunlight.
- In the unlikely event of a fire or other incident, please notify the front desk immediately.
- If a potential safety risk is identified during room cleaning, our staff may take measures such as stopping the charging process.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure everyone’s safety and peace of mind.
