Access
- QHow can I get to you from the nearest airport?
- A50 minutes from Osaka Itami Airport to the Kyoto Station, which is the major access point in Kyoto, and from there you can take:
Train:7 minutes walk from Nijo Station on the JR Sagano Line;
Subway : 6 minutes walk from Nijo Station on the Tozai Line
- QDo you have parking available for the guests staying at the hotel?
- AThere is one parking space exclusive to the handicapped. (Reservations required).
We do NOT have a general parking lot for regular/large vehicles. However there are few publilc parking lots in the neighborhood.
The fee varies depending on the parking lot, but the general rate is from 550 yen upto 1,100 yen for 24 hours after being parked.

- AYes, we have it.
- QAre there any vending machines?
- AYes, we have them.
- QAre there any laundromats available?
- AYes, we have it.
- QAre there any vending microwaves available?
- AYes, we have it.
- QCan I smoke in the hotel?
- ASmoking is not allowed on the premise. However we have a smoking booth available for smokers.
- QIs cigarette available at vending machine inseide the hotel?
- AWe are sorry, but we do not have cigarette vending machines.
- QWhere is breakfast served and what is the hour?
- AOur breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 AM (last orders at 9:30) at the Restaurant where a Japanese/Western buffet style breakfast is offered.
About check-in/check-out
- QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
- ACheck-in is available from 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00.
*Times may vary depending on the type of accommodation offer you have booked under.
- QCan I check-in earlier than 15:00?
- AWe do not offer early check-in unless it is a part of the accommodation offer you have booked under.
- QCan I extend my check-out time?
- AWe can extend check-out time as late as 1:00 p.m. for an additional charge of 1,000 yen per hour (tax included). For extensions after 1:00 p.m., we will charge the equivalent of one night's stay.
Please note that we may not be able to extend check-out time depending on the room availability.
- QHow late can I check in?
- AAt the midnight, the hotel entrance will be locked by security system.
Please be sure to let us know if you will be arriving after the midnight.
About Luggage Storage
- Q I would like to send my luggage prior to my arrival to the hotel.
- AYes you can. Please be sure to include the date of arrival besides the name of the person staying at the hotel on the delivery slip. If you are staying with a group, please be sure to include the name of the representative person staying with you as well.
Once your booking information and the luggage were identified, we will keep your luggage until the day of check-in.
However we do NOT accept the luggage if it contains: cash, valuables, medicines, fragile items, dangerous items, items that require temperature and humidity control such as perishables, and items that require cash on delivery or COD.
- QCan you keep my luggage after check-in or check-out?
- AYes, we will accept luggage that can be picked up on the same day of check-in or check-out, respectively.
However we do NOT accept the luggage if it contains: cash, valuables, medicines, fragile items, dangerous items, items that require temperature and humidity control such as perishables, or if it belongs to someone else who does not have a booking with us.
- QCan I send luggage out from the hotel?
- AYes, you can.
The Yamato Transport Express delivery service is available at the front desk.
- QCan you keep my valuables?
- AWe have safety deposit boxes in all guest rooms, so please use the safe.
Bed Charge for Kids
- QMy child is still young. From what age do you charge for a bed?
- AUp to two preschool children under 6 years old can share bed with adults in the same room free of charge. Children who are preschool age but use a bed are charged the same rate as an adult.
House Keeping Service
- QWhat is the house keeping schedule?
- ARooms will be cleaned once every 3 nights during your stay. However fresh towels are delivered at your door every day.

Eco-Friendly Service
- QMay I invite people who are not staying at the hotel into my guest room?
- AFor public morals, crime prevention, and firefighting reasons, we do not allow anyone other than our guests to enter our guest rooms or guest room floors. Please visit guests in the lobby.

- QWhat are the furnishings and facilities in the rooms?
- APlease go to the ROOM page on our website.
- QWhat are available items at the front desk which are not found in the room?
- AThe available items are: an iron & ironing board, shoe dryer, wheelchair, trouser press, thermometer, nail clippers, electric lamp, and umbrella.
The number of available items is limited. Please inquire further at the front desk.
- QDo you have cribs, bed guards, etc.?
- AWe are sorry, but we do not have any cribs or bed guards available.
- QIs internet available in my room?
- AYes, wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) connection is available in the hotel and all guest rooms free of charge. Wired LAN connection is not available.
- QAre computers with Internet access available at the hotel?
- AWe are sorry, but we do not have any computers available for guest's use.
About Other Services
- QDo you have fax and copy services?
- AYes, we offer fax and copy services for a fee at the front desk.
- QDo you have a laundry/dry cleaning service?
- AYes, we do. Drop off at the front desk by 10:00 a.m. and it will be ready to be picked up after 6:00 p.m. on the same day.
- QDo you offer massage services?
- AWe regret to inform you that we do not provide massage service.
- QDo you offer room service?
- AWe regret to inform you that we do not provide room service.
About Payment
- QDo you accept credit cards?
- AWe accept Visa, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, MasterCard, and Union Pay.
- QCan you issue a receipt under my company name?
- AWe can issue a receipt in the name of the company only if payment is made at the hotel.
Please ask the front desk staff at the time of payment.
- QIf paid online, will a receipt be issued?
- AIf you choose to pay by credit card at the time of reservation, please issue the receipt online by yourself. Please note that the hotel will not be able to issue the receipt.

About Reservations
- QHow can I confirm, change, or cancel reservation made online?
- AA. Please use the URL send you when your reservation is confirmed. From the link you can confirm/change/cancel your reservation. For cancellations on the day of the reservation, please call us directly.
For reservations made through any other websites other than the official website, please contact the website where you made your reservation directly.
