■Best Price Guaranteed Conditions
To apply it, all of the following conditions must be the same.
・Hotel
・Stay dates (arrival date, departure date, number of nights)
・Number of guests
・Room type(same view)
・Check-in and check-out times
・Payment method
・Cancellation policy
・Service and benefit details (including amenities)
・Within 24 hours of booking (based on Japan Standard Time)
■Exclusions from the “Best Price Guaranteed”
Please note that the following cases are excluded from comparison. Thank you very much for your understanding.
・Rates published exclusively for specific groups, such as corporate contract rates
・Rates targeted at specific membership organizations (e.g., employee benefits)
・Package rates including non-lodging facility use, transportation, meals, etc.
・Rates unavailable for booking on our website (e.g., rates only bookable by phone)
・Rates requiring prepayment via coupons, vouchers, credit cards, etc.
・Rates that the hotel has no control over the selling price (e.g., sales by travel agencies, package tours)
・Rates on auction sites (group buying sites, etc.)
・Rates subject to fluctuation based on exchange rates
・Rates for limited-time sales, campaigns, or exclusive plans on other online travel agency
・Rates that points or coupons from other online travel agency are applied, and the hotel has no control over the pricing
■ What happens in this case?
Q: Looking at Google’s price comparison, other websites are selling at lower prices.
A: The search results page of a price comparison website does not allow verification of whether conditions are identical,
so it cannot serve as proof of a “Best Price Guaranteed”.
Q: Rates offered over the phone are cheaper than those on your website.
A: This offer applies only to reservations made on our website.
Q: Rates listed in travel agency brochures are cheaper than yours.
A: Travel agency rates are set independently of the hotel, therefore we cannot control it.
Q: Your website had the lowest price when I booked it, but a week later, another website showed a cheaper rate.
A: The rate must be the one available at the time of your booking, and the claim must be made within 24 hours of booking to be eligible.
Q: Even though it’s the same weekday as I reserved, the price is cheaper on a different day.
A: The dates must be the same day to be eligible.
Q: It’s the same single room, but the city-view room on another booking site is cheaper than the ocean-view room on the official website.
A: This does not apply unless it is the same room type (same view).
Q: The rate on my credit card company’s member site is cheaper.
A: Rates specifically for members of certain organizations are not eligible.
Q: An overseas hotel booking site is selling it at a lower rate.
A: Overseas hotel booking sites that require a credit card number at the time of booking are not eligible.
Q: I made a one-night reservation, but the rate for the first night of a “consecutive nights plan” on another booking site is cheaper.
A: Since this rate requires consecutive nights, it is not eligible unless the stay dates (arrival date, departure date, number of nights) are identical.
Q: Other booking sites shows cheaper room types available, but the your website only has higher-priced rooms left.
A: If the available room types at the time of booking are not identical, it is not eligible.

Requests made upon arrival may require time for verification and could delay your check-in.
