Enjoy live cooking stations, including carving service for freshly roasted meats and fish, and fresh Okinawan tempura prepared in front of you. Enjoy hand-rolled sushi made with Okinawan tuna, rice porridge infused with citrus fruits such as shikuwasa, and purple sweet potato salad. All presented in traditional Okinawan yachimun pottery.
